Customer profile
Easily add and edit customer data.
Use Filter and Search functions to easily find the customer and access a quick preview of the current and archived customer data:
- contact persons
- tasks
- sales
- events
Contact persons and participants
Add contact persons – you can add an infinite number of Customer contact persons and define the preferred contact type (e.g., telephone, e-mail).
You can also assign a Customer Assistant to each Customer from the list of users. The Customer Assistant will have access only to the list of his/her own Customers.
